Just Because...

My second full week back at work was better in some ways but still difficult. On "hump day" I was at lunch with one of my working mommy friends discussing the woes and joys, when I got a call from the front desk. I had an urgent delivery. I kindly said thank you and assumed it was the samples I ordered the day before and requested first overnight (so yes, I assumed it must be those since they had still not arrived and our office is famous for delaying deliveries). Although my request was urgent I took my time and finished up lunch before heading to the front desk.
Wow, was I surprised to find a beautiful Edible Arrangement filled with chocolate covered fruits and treats. My sweet husband sent it to me with love from him, Abney, Stanley, and Charlie, just because they love me. It was thoughtful and gave me another boost of energy to remind me of just how blessed I am...it amazes me every day how lucky I am to have the family that I do. I don't know what I did to deserve them. Thank you Ben for being the best husband in the whole world and for helping me build the life I have always wanted. You are my rock, my hero, and my best friend.
