I'm sitting in my cubicle with maybe the 40th Kleenex pile of the day. I have a cold and it is the day before my birthday! My nose has been congested over the last month or so from what appears to be heightened allergies due to pregnancy. Then a few days ago it turned into full blown cold. :( Julia is not a happy camper but glad that my Doc gave me the go ahead to take Tylenol Cold & Sinus. It seems to be working some but I am hoping that a good night's sleep and Mexican with Trawick will put me back right.
For the birthday I have taken the day off work and Sallie is treating me to a weekend in Charleston. Although I am not sure treating is the word because I bet she makes me buy my own food. (haha Just teasing, Sallie) I am excited to get out of town and do some relaxing and maybe even shopping, and I intend to do so without this cold!
Everyone please keep your fingers crossed for me that this cold goes away.
